Shipping and Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, customs checks, or issues related to the carrier service.
• Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Leviosa Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges only for unopened, unused, and undamaged items with the factory seal intact within 15 days of purchase.
