Returns

  • • You may return any undamaged and unused item within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the factory seal intact.
  • • We cannot accept returns for any fragrance that has been sprayed, tested, or opened (i.e., if the plastic seal or cellophane has been removed), as this makes the product unsaleable.
  • • Please note that all sample sizes, discovery sets, or custom-blended items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • • You may exchange any qualifying item for a different fragrance or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
  • • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the factory seal intact.
  • • We cannot accept exchanges for any fragrance that has been sprayed, tested, or opened.
  • • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit.
  • • Please note that all sample sizes, discovery sets, or custom-blended items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange with Leviosa Perfume:

Method:

Information:

  • • State your intent to return or exchange an item.
  • • Provide your order number.
  • • Specify the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  • • Briefly explain the reason (optional but helpful).

Receive Return Authorization:

  • • Our Customer Service team will review your request. Since fragrances require visual confirmation of the seal, they may ask for a photo of the product.
  • • Upon approval, you'll receive a confirmation email containing detailed instructions on packing and shipping your return & the return address for Leviosa Perfume.

Pack and Ship Your Return:

  • • Carefully pack the item(s), ensuring they are protected to prevent damage during transit. The original box and packaging are highly recommended.
  • • Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your reference.
  • • Ship the package to the provided return address within the stipulated timeframe.

Return Processing:

  • • Once Leviosa Perfume receives your return and verifies that the seal is intact and the product is unused, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
  • • You'll receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund or exchange.

Additional Information

  • • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements (especially opened or used products).
  • • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning your item, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
